The Easiest Way To Celebrate Summerween

The Easiest Way To Celebrate Summerween

The easiest way to celebrate Summerween is to incorporate your fave halloween decor into your summer landscape. Add some orange lights into backyard or black swans into your pool.

Lighting is the best way one can also accomplish a spooky goth-like vibe during summer. Orange, purple, or black lights prove to not only continue the fun All Hallow's vibe but also add an element of a more relaxing flav surprisingly.

You can also make a fun punch with a carved watermelon style like you would during our fave spooky holiday. Pumpkin bread is a year round favorite and is a preferred witch's feast.

Candles are an instant go to, just sprinkle in some pumpkin spice oil into your usual citronella candle to make it more unusual than ever!

Make a cemetery picnic with the kids, this can also be done in your back yard. Sleep overs now have a whole new scary meaning.

Have a scary movie night and recreate a theatre like experience at home.

Plant a pumpkin patch, I used to start mine at the end of summer and it did surprisingly well.

Decorate spooky cakes and make s'mores with halloween oreos for a sugary halloween like experience.

Pumpkin ice cream was a healthier thing I have done and or make a orange tropical ambrosia salad with colorful marshmallows.

Decorate your dining table and kitchen with a gothic decor, Michaels Craft Store had some of the best and or you may have to thrift for it.

Last but not least, make a halloween tree and decorate it with some fun summer decor. I loved mine and left it up for quite awhile. It's the photo in the blog, I Love the color!

I hope you enjoyed this, these are just a few of my fave spooky things! Enjoy celebrating summerween.
